1.1 Purpose and Scope
1.1.1 This statute aims to provide legal protections and outline rules and regulations for individuals of short stature, hereinafter referred to as "members." 1.1.2 The provisions herein apply to all members within the jurisdiction of the MPS.
1.2 Definitions
1.2.1 "member" refers to an individual with a medical condition resulting in short stature.
1.2.2 "Agent" refers to any individual appointed to represent or assist a member in legal, professional, or personal matters.
1.3 Amendments to Rules
1.3.1 The MPS reserves the right to add, remove, or amend any rules or regulations within this statute.
1.3.2 Any changes to the rules will be communicated with a minimum of 24-hour notice prior to taking effect.
2. Protections for members
2.1 Social Interactions
2.1.1 Individuals of short stature, herein referred to as "members," who engage in the act commonly known as "rizzing" or, in legal terminology, "engaging in social interaction with the intent of courtship," shall not be deemed to have committed an unlawful act.
Consequently, such individuals cannot be subjected to detention or incarceration on the basis of these actions alone.
2.2 Discrimination
2.2.1 Any form of discrimination against members based on their stature is strictly prohibited. 2.2.2 Violators of this statute shall face legal consequences, including fines and potential imprisonment.
2.3 Workplace Protections
2.3.1 Employers must provide reasonable accommodations for members in the workplace.
2.3.2 Any refusal to accommodate or discriminatory action taken against members in the workplace shall be subject to legal action.
3. Rules and Regulations
3.1 Conduct and Behavior
3.1.1 Public Conduct
3.1.1.1 members must adhere to the same standards of public conduct as all other individuals.
3.1.1.2 Any unlawful behavior by members will be prosecuted under the same laws applicable to the general population.
3.2 Sexual Conduct

3.2.1.1 members are prohibited from engaging in any form of public indecency or lewd behavior.

3.2.2.1 Any sexual activity involving members must be consensual and in accordance with the laws governing such conduct.
